Hello I have a question regarding this promotion:

$15 towards any game in March when you buy select new release games!* In-store only.

Buy any of these new release games in-store and receive a $15 credit towards any in-store gaming purchase over $19.99 valid between March 1st and March 31st.

The game I want to get is Twisted Metal and it is one of the games that qualifies for the promotion. I want to buy this on the first day it comes out which is February 14, so will i get the $15 gaming credit? Or do I have to buy the game from Mar 1 – 31?

If you buy one of the games next week (presumably Feb 14-16 while the flyer is active) you will receive a $15 coupon on your receipt that is valid for use between Mar 1-31.

I see the coupon as $15 everywhere else, but the online flyer (for my region anyways) says it's $10... I assume that's a misprint, can anyone confirm?

I bought Twisted Metal today, and I can confirm that on it it states that it is a "...$10 gaming credit towards any one (1) video game software purchase $19.99 and up from March 13-Apr 9, 2012."

I have two issues with this:

1. $10 credit compared to the $15 credit stated online

2. The credit period beginning March 13 rather than the March 1st date stated online

Any information would be great, thanks.

Hi everyone, apologies on the miscommunication. Just to be clear for everyone, we will ensure:

- All customers who come in from March 1-Apr 9 will be able to redeem the credit
- All customers will be eligible for a $15 credit and NOT a $10 credit.

Thanks for the clarification. One question though, come March 6th(the day I plan to buy a new game) when I present the receipt(which states $10 credit starting March 13th), how would I go about telling them the credit is supposed to be $15 starting March 1st?

I am asking because I asked an employee today at the store upon looking at the receipt, and she did not have any working knowledge of the promotion. So in case that the employee I talk to in March does not know about the promotion, I want to be able to get the full credit on the "earlier" date.
