Hello there Future Shop employee,

I have a question regarding the pre-ordering process for Mortal Kombat the Kollector's Edition. Is it possible to pre-order in store and arrange for an in-store pick-up? Also, am I able to arrange for an in-store pick-up online?

I believe only regular editions are eligible for in-store preorders, any special/collector edition pre-orders has to be done on futureshop.ca

As for in-store pre-order process, usually if the item was pre-ordered....it should automatcially be reserved for the customer on release day. You may pick it up within 3 days or up to a week (time frame may varies between stores) from the day of release, but to avoid losing priority in purchasing the item ~> it's best to pick it up asap (after all, that's what you waited for)

Also, for online pre-orders ~> the item will be shipped to you directly on the day of release (sometimes it get shipped earlier, so it would arrive at your door on release day).

Thanks man, that helped me out alot. However how long does it take to arrive at my place after I place my pre-order from the release date?
