I just picked up the Sony charging stations for the regular controllers and the Move controllers and was very impressed with them.
The Move charger is great because it it runs off its own power cable (5V adapter) and keeps the controllers upright and out-of-the-way when not in-use. You just drop the Move or Navigational controller into the slots when you are done and they will be fully charged the next time you play.
It looks MUCH nicer on the table and is very handy and easy to grab.
Similarly, the regular controller charging dock:
also has it's own power cable and keeps the controllers handy and looking neat on the table. The chargers also include small USB adaptors (shown as those little wings on the box) which attach to your controller and allow them to drop into the charger very easily.
Very pleased with both of them and their appearance as well.
I considered some of the other 3rd party brands, but have been wary of them because of quality control issues which I have experienced in the past. Besides, these Sony-branded ones were on sale at $19.99 and well worth it. I also don't like the look of the 4-controller charger.
These should be included in new PS3 bundles, in my opinion. I no longer need to power on my PS3 to charge my controllers, nor do I need to plug in and mange a long USB cable. Highly recommended for any PS3 gamer!
