Your website says pre-order black ops 2 and get nuketown 2025 code emailed to you. I pre-ordered in store and they did not take my email do I still get the pre order bonus? If so how do I go about it

If I'm not mistaken, that DLC map pack is for Black ops II. Hence, any pre-order bonus code should be included when the game releases. 

The only time pre-order bonus are handed out beforehand are either steelbooks or early beta access.

Customer support is who deals with any Futureshop orders or issues. This forum is a peer to peer forum and is not directly connected to the Futureshop website. They'll be able to help you figure that out though i'm sure.

If you preorder hardened or prestige the bonus like nuketown 2025 may be coded in the challenge coins that come with the collectors editions if u preorder the game it may come inside the case or maybe inside the package you recieve in the box
