If anyone has ever been on the fence about trying PS+ out, I'd definitely recommend taking a look at it this month. Probably the best lineup of freebies they've put up so far, starting with the Simpsons Arcade Game HD (sweet!) and Final Fantasy V today, as well as a PS3 full game offering in Far Cry 2 and a swell 6 pack of Sega Genesis classics later in the month. 

That's pretty much the price of admission (one measly $50 PSN card purchased from FS ) in one month's worth of freebies. Not to mention Cloud service for save files and (my favorite) automatic patch updating. Check it out!

I've been  a PS Plus member since it began, and not once regretted it. As you mentioned, now is a great time to join!

I was a PS+ at launch of the service but not one now. I've found that much of what they offer for free doesn't interest me. Some Dlc offers are pretty good but only if you like the game. This month has some good titles but so far this has been the best month out of the last 5.
