Hi Futureshop, I pre-ordered Borderlands 2 online on Sept. 5, 2012 and the release date was Sept. 18, 2012 and I still have not received my order. I have phoned Customer Service at 1-800-663-2275 on Tuesday Sept. 25, 2012 and have asked them to give me an update on why my copy has not been shipped. They said that they will escalate my ETA question and within the next 2 days I should receive a call back or e-mail. I have not received any call back or e-mail since then. I have also left a message via your "Contact Information" on the weekend of Sept.22-23, 2012 and also today.
I have not had a problem with pre-ordering games from your website before until now. I had also pre-order Black Ops 2 on that same order and I hope that this shipping situation does not befall Black Ops 2.
What I don't understand is why does my "My Orders" page show that Borderlands 2 is "In Stock" but it has failed to be shipped?
I've read through the other posts in this forum and many people have problems with getting their pre-order DLC codes but in my case I got my pre-order DLC code e-mailed to me on the day of release but I have yet to receive the physical copy of the game.
I have not tried the pre-order DLC code yet as I don't even have the game but I hope that the code works.
If some forum moderator can comment or help out with letting me know what the delay is, that would be great.

I have received my copy of Borderlands 2 and I'm playing it right now.
I also received the steelbook and the premium club DLC code also works.
And special kudos to Dany_S for re-directing my question to the right people. Thanks for your help.
