Yes, I'm unforcently back with yet another futureshop problem. Preordered RE6 on the 19th, then cancelled it on the 29th for the 10% off deal. 8 days after game release the game was FINALLY shipped, but the steelbook was cancelled?
Am I the only person having such infuriating trouble with futureshop?

The forums technically are not designed as a means for dealing with customer issues. If you are posting on here with the intent of having your issue resolved, chances are it won't be.
That said, for any customer service issues, people need to contact our call center. The best I, or the other mods can do is escalate your issue if the call center is not able to provide you with a solution.
With regards to RE6, the call center has been briefed on this, and will help you. You just need to contact them.
I've been feeding this feedback to our web team in order to future proof the site to ensure these sort of shipping issues don't occur.
