I ordered this game months ago and seen that you had a promo going that gave away a code for Axel for Twisted Metal. I did not get a code when the game came to me via purolator today.
"Was the promo available when you placed the order?" why should that matter? I pre-ordered the game just like everyone else and think we all deserve the same bonuses. this isn't the first time I have had a problems with FS and it's pre-orders. I go out of my way to make sure I pre-ordered months in advance and I'm not eligible for the bonuses because they were only available for two days? that doesn't seem right. I guarantee you if I pre-ordered at a competing store that deals with games I would have received a code no matter what date I made the order. I guess this is the last time i order from FS
I personally don't know why it matters (I don't work for Future Shop), but experience has shown me that if you placed your pre-order before the promotion was available, you won't get the promotion. Take a look at pretty much every gaming steelbook thread and you'll see that there.
Also, as I mentioned earlier, please check your email that you provide to us as the codes were sent out this week. Be sure to check the "junk" folder as well as some emails tend to get filtered there.
@juice - yes i do know about the many problems FS has with following through with pre-order items that everyone should be entitled to. I simply wont be spending anymore money on FS pre-orders because this isn't how it should be handled. what happens when if I say, pre-order diablo3 today to guarnantee it wont be sold out on releaseDay then a few months down the road when blizzard annouces pre-order/ingame items im screwed out of them because they wern't "available" at the time i pre-ordered. that type of stuff never happens with (competitor), you simply order your game and you WILL get everying comming to you.

yes you did! I know a lot of other users say it too but your the best CS rep futureshop has. you have restored what little faith i had left in FS. but I still believe the store could improve its pre-order practices. thanks again for the code
