I know there are power/voltage issues, but if Im not using traditional cable boxes, will the PAL/NTSC compatibiity be an issue?
What's the best way to handle the power adapting?

Hi @DavidWeiner, welcome to the Best Buy Community
I don't think the HDMI inputs nor smart features like Netflix will be a problem, the issue as you noted, is power and frequency (220V @ 50Hz), and in this case I would recommend buying a TV in Europe, as opposed to modifying the power supply of your TV.
Great choice in TV BTW.

So, it may very well be a matter of replacing the power cord,or using a plug adapter.
This can be verified by information on the back of the unit, which will note power consumption and power requirements.
If you see 110-240 50/60 Hz. it's a matter of changing the plug type. However if you only see 110V @60Hz. it's only designed for use in North America.
