Hi,
  Could somebody work in FS tell me that when does the 30 Days exchange or return policy for a TV start? From the day a TV is deliveried or from the day it is purchased..

Don't have a receipt handy but I thought it was 14 days for a TV?

i mean as in, can you ship the old defective item and get the refund online?

If its defective it will be an exchange and I'm sure they would take care of you if it was within the 30 days from the delivery date.  If its a straight return, then the 30 days will be from time of purchase.
