I am interested in renting an anaglyphic 3D Blu-ray movie. Does anybody know if it will play back in 3D with my LG BX580 Blu-ray player, my LG 55LX9500 T.V. and my active shutter glasses?

If you are you asking whether an anaglyphic 3D movie (with red and blue lens glasses) will work on a 3D BD player and display 3D with the active shutter glasses, I would say no. Those are two different technologies.
