Are there any TV's with an automatic zoom feature?

Is there a feature on flat panel TVs where the TV will automatically zoom or adjust the picture whenever black bars show up at the top and bottom of the picture, especially when watching standard-definition TV? I know this can be done manually on the remote by using the TV's Zoom feature, but it would be neat to have a feature that would automatically cut off black bars without having to switch modes on the remote every time. Would such a feature exist only on high-end TVs or could I find this on almost any TV? Does this kind of feature even exist at all? Thanks!

Most TVs do have an auto zoom feature if you are trying to stretch the Standard def picture into a widescreen format.

Also, most cable/satellite systems have a zoom fishing as well.

Some TVs will call it Screen Fit, Auto Wide, Auto Fit...you get the idea.
