Audio problems

I recently bought a Toshiba  32C110U and find it sounds terrible. I have tried adjusting everything and it still sounds very squeaky. I am wondering if all newer TVs are like this or should I return it?

Re: Audio problems

Squeaky?  Please eloborate!  If by squeaky you mean that it sounds flat and tinny, I'm gonna say that yes, all new TVs sound pretty terrible!  The TVs are so thin now that they can't fit much into them, like a bigger amplifier and larger speakers.

I would suggest adding a small Home Theatre system or small stereo.  That should fix it up pretty quick.  Take the Toshiba  manual in with you where ever you go, and let the salesperson know exactly what you want to do.

If this isn't close to the problem you are having, take the TV back to the store and they can check it just to be sure.  If there is a problem they will be able exchange in the first 30 days.

Hope that helps.
