How can i connect my laptop to my LED D6500 TV wirelessly ?

The TV is Samsung with wifi built in .

You can access some of your media files from your laptop if connected correctly. You won't be able to use the TV like a computer monitor unless you connect the laptop with a VGA cable or HDMI if available on your laptop.

Open Windows Media Player and hit:
Stream/Turn on Media Streaming
Add the folders containing your video files and pictures to the appropriate libraries in Windows Media Player (Viideos and Pictures respectively)
Your TV should now be able to see and play the files in those libraries.
