Some of the newer TV's that we have in the store now are pretty neat,the sharp 32" and the new sony 32' BX320 have fully functioning USB to play movies,music and photos. Are specs important for this purchase? Are you looking for 1080P with high refresh rate? Smaller size TV's wise there is also a new Samsung 22' LED in the store that runs at 1080P with 60Hz refresh but also has fully functioning USB. Considering you are going to be running an XBOX on he TV,you would be running HDMI to the TV so something 1080P would be a plus and the higher the refresh the better,preferrable 120. If you get into any of the stores im sure they have some clearance on older TV's that would have some decent specs for gaming.
