Best case scenario, is low signal, assuming this occurs when you are watching TV. Check your all cable connections, make sure that they are tight. If you are sending the video feed thru a home theatre reciever, try goung directly to the TV, bypass the reciever and see if this improves. It could also be a bad splitter or poor quality splitter: if its one of the cheap gold ones that says 900MHz, get rid of it! Purchase a 2GHz splitter. It could also be low incoming signal, which can be determined by calling your cable or satellite provider.
However... If this occurs with all sources, anything thats plugged in, then your video board is likely shot and is not economically worth repairing. Hopefully you opted for the 4 year service plan, in which case its in home service by calling 1-800-663-2275. If not, you are out of warranty and it will be better to purchase a new set.
