We bought a Panasonic 3D TV in November and tonight as we went to play a game in 3D the glasses broke while unfolding them. I have since found out that this is a common issue with these glasses.
Can I just take them back to FutureShop and get them replaced or should I call Panasonic first?
Thank you!
(:

You have a waranty with Future Shop for only 30 days so if you did not purchase a service plan with Future Shop, you should definetly call Panasonic first.

Accessories are usually warranted thru the manufacturer for 3 months. Also keep in mind that the manufacturer or FutureShop's PSP plan do NOT cover physical damage or misuse.
If there is a known issue with the glasses, you can plead your case to Panasonic, however, don't be surprised if the deny your claim for the afore mentioned reasons...
