Panasonic TX-P42GT20E and ps3 and if it posible to conect my cpu with nvidia gts250 to tv

Hi, im planing on getting a Panasonic TX-P42GT20E 3d plasma ,i got and Nvidia GTS250 with windows 7 and Intel I5 and 4 g ram , i want to use it to see movies and play games on my plasma tv ,i read about using IZ3D +Stereoscopic Player+MatroskaSplitter to do that
Do you think thats enough? can i play games and watch movies on my tv with no problem?
any advice?
Also my gts250 has Two Dual Link DVI and i think one HDMI ( im not home i cant cheack right now)
I plan to buy a PS3 do i need special cables to play with high resolution? i hear theres problem with connecting sound ,any advice?

Your Nvidea GTS250 has two DVI outputs. You will need a DVI to HDMI adapter cable to connect it to the Panasonic TX-P42GT20​E.

 

 

The setup you describe will be more than adequate for watching internet video and downloaded movies.

 

You only need an HDMI cable to provide the highest resolution video and sound connection between a PS3 and this TV. The only "problem" with getting sound from the PS3 is in properly configuring the BD/DVD and sound settings on the PS3 for output over HDMI.

 

You've left losts of postings on this same topic in other discussion forums on the internet, so I'll leave it to the gaming experts out there to give you an opinion regarding the merits of gaming with this setup.
