Sharp Aquos, 4th repair happening tomorrow.. . why no replacemen t?

My 42" Sharp Aquos has broken for the 4th time and is now being repaired for the 4th time... same issue each time as well.
Just had a call from the TV repair guy saying he is going to repair the TV for the 4th time... I don't understand, the "no lemon" policy states that if a TV is repaired 3 times and a 4th repair is required, the TV is replaced.
Any ideas as to what is going?
