There are a few that have made their way into stores, Futureshop is currently carrying the D550, the D6900 and the D8000 line in 51" screen sizes (59" as well for the D550).
The 2011 Samsung series are all under the product line PNXXDYYYY for Plasma and UNXXDYYYY for LED (whereas XX is screen size, YYYY is model number). Top of the line plasma is the D8000 series, entry level is the D450, with the first model to have 3D (at a 720p resolution) being the D490. There are a few more LED sets, with the top of the line again being the D8000 series, the entry-level being the D4000, and first LED model to have 3D is the D6400 series.
You may also want to look at the Panasonic 2011 TV's, haven't seen them in stores yet but always of high quality as well. I recently referred a friend to the PN59D550, but will be waiting to see the ST30, GT30, and VT30 TV's from Panasonic (which are the newest Panny's)
