i want to buy a 3d monitor with a built-in atsc tuner, but i cant find any.So what can i do to watch tv while my pc is turned off.it's must work with freely available tv signals.
I'm pretty sure all new TV's have an ATSC tuner built-in. In fact, I believe the FCC in the US mandated all new TV's must have ATSC tuners built in. And since our stock is the same, I'm pretty positive you should be able to find one with no problem.
