Yes, there is. The fee vaires depending on what province you are in and how loarge the TV is (the bigger the TV, the higher the fee).

That was the only site that I could find that kept a list of what the fees were in the few minutes I took to do a google search. Feel free to go more in depth on google if you wish. I don't know how current those figures are as there is no actual date when the site was last updated, but the copyright on the website is for 2012, so I imagine they are as current as you can get right now.
