Last year, IK Multimedia released a ton of music-inspired iOS compatible apps and gadgets that seemed to peak everyone's interests.  While fairly inexpensive, products like the iRig MIDI, iRig Mic, or the iKlip Mini wowed us with their high quality and ease of use.  To kick off 2012, IK has announced a whole slew of new products and apps worth checking out.  Here they are: 

iRig MIX

iRig MIX is the first mobile mixer for iPhone, iPod touch or iPad devices. It might seem hard to imagine at first, but this little powerhouse offers the same controls you would expect from a professional DJ mixer (crossfader, cues, EQ and volume controls, etc.). And to top it all off, the iRig MIX is compatible with many other apps and iOS mixers and apps.  

iRig MIX will be available this February for $99.99.  You'll be able to find it at several electronic and music retailers worldwide.

DJ Rig 

DJ Rig is a full-featured, double-deck DJ mixing app for the iPhone. DJ Rig let's you be the DJ whereever and whenever you want, by providing you with an instant song play from your music library, tempo sync, sample-based pads, performance recording and an arsenal of high-quality DJ effects. Together with the iRig MIX, DJ Rig is the most portable, pro-quality setup for mobile DJs, musicians or anyone interested in pursuing DJing. 

DJ Rig will be available for the iPhone/iPod touch very soon and will offer both a regular and free version. There's even an iPad app in the works so if you're looking for a larger screen to work with, this might just be your calling.

DJ Rig will be available for $9.99 and will offer tons of effects, plus some pad sound banks. The free version will be very similar but with have less effects and only one pad sound bank. The free version also will be expandable to the complete set of features of the regular version via in-app purchase. Y

iRig MIC Cast

iRig STOMP

iRig STOMP is the first stompbox guitar interface for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.  With the help of this new device, guitar and bass players can integrate their favourite iOS signal processing apps into their existing live pedalboard setup for enhanced tone shaping and effects processing.  

iRig STOMP will be available in early Q2 and will cost $59.99.
