I picked up from Techcrunch and the Skitch blog this morning that Skitch is becoming part of the Evernote family and the free during beta, then $20, app will return to being free for all users.
That’s not all though.
As part of the announcement is that coming soon are Android, Windows, and iOS versions of Skitch as well. Which makes me think that Evernote really does have bigger plans in store. As part of the announcement today, the folks at Evernote have said that more updates are coming including rich text editing and “other user requested changes” (I hope they will start protecting info on their servers better).
Are you an Evernote devotee? Or do you use something else (like my fav Yojimbo)? Does adding Skitch into the Evernote herd make you more interested in trying it? Oh do tell in the comments.
