Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition Announced
Next year Bethesda will be releasing Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition, a compilation package that will hitting North America on February 7, and European stores three days later. The Ultimate Edition will feature all the DLC released thus far, including Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Courier's Stash and Gun Runners' Arsenal.
The add-on content explores new areas of the Mojave Wasteland with missions that will take you to the Sierra Madre Casino, Utah's Zion National Park, the Big Empty research centre, and the treacherous Divide. Not only do you get all these additional areas to explore, but the Ultimate Edition also increases the maximum level cap by twenty, raising the cap to level 50.
Gun Runners' Arsenal is a content pack that released on September 27, 2011, and added new weapons, weapon mods and new weapon ammo that can be found around the Wasteland. Courier's Stash features all the bonuses that was previously only available for pre-ordering Fallout: New Vegas, including The Caravan Pack, Classic Pack, Mercenary Pack and Tribal Pack each offering unique weapons, outfits and journey aids that will help you as you explore the Mojave dessert.
Fallout: New Vegas is the latest entry in the mega popular Fallout franchise set in post-apocalyptic America. New Vegas sold over five million copies in its first two weeks on sale, representing over $300 million and a new launch sales record for the series. The previous entry in the series, Fallout 3, went on to win numerous Game of the Year awards and eventually got a GOTY Edition that included all the add-on content packs released for the game.
