Four Swords Anniversar y Edition Out Now on 3DS and DSi
Did those free NES and GBA games only wet your appetite? Well Nintendo has something for you! In commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of The Legend of Zelda series, Nintendo is giving 3DS and DSi users free downloads of The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition. In addition to the multiplayer-only content, of which the game was exclusively composed on the Game Boy Advance, Four Swords on the 3DS and DSi comes with a brand new single-player section!
In this instalment of the Four Swords subseries, you must rescue Princess Zelda from the great wind mage Vaati. But, you won't get anywhere unless you cooperate -- help each other out to solve the mysteries and puzzles that await you!
As long as your friends have the game you can take part in the 4-player goodness, and if you don't that's okay too now with the said single-player experience. Having spent a good chunk of time playing both Four Swords games for the Gamecube and Gameboy Advance, Four Swords: Anniversary Edition is sure to be just as fun!
Four Swords: Anniversary Edition is currently available on Nintendo's eShop even though updates are usually done every Thursday in North America. Remember, this game will only be available for a limited time (from today until Feb. 20, 2012). Okay, that's not exactly a limited time, that's a very long time actually, but it's still worth getting now then later! You can find out more about this awesome new release here!
