There are plenty of tablets out there for you to chose from. A lot of them look pretty similar. With that in mind, the Toshiba A270 is a welcome change. Toshiba has shown off Android tablets before, so they certainly have some experience with these. That all seems to show through with this particular model which combines a nice, small form-factor with a really beautiful high-quality screen.
This tablet shows off an impressive 7.7 AMOLED screen powered by a Tegra 3 processor. This gorgeous display really makes all the difference. You might be happier on this 7.7” Corning Gorilla Glass screen than a lower quality yet larger screen. The screen is bright with super-high contrast with all of its 1280x800 pixel glory. You’ll forget it's one of the smaller, more portable tablets when you behold how great the screen looks. Rather than a sacrifice, this smaller tablet looks better than most larger options.
This tablet runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Onboard you’ll find a 2.0 Megapixel front facing HD webcam, and a 5.0 Megapixel rear facing HD camera, complete with LED flash. Theres an SD card slot, micro USB 2.0 and HDMI support too. Of course there's also Bluetooth and 802.11b/g/n support on top of all that.
Measuring at just 7.84mm thin and being only 0.73lbs it is quite the portable wonder. The size means it can go anywhere, fitting in just about any small bag with ease so you can always have it by your side. The textured backing makes it easy to grip. Overall this is a great choice that really does stand out from the crowd. Its really worth checking out in person just to see how brilliant the screen looks in comparison to other tablets on the market.
Featuring a gorgeous AMOLED 7.7" touchscreen display, the Toshiba AT270 tablet is small enough to be easily portable, but large enough for you to enjoy games, movies, books, and photos with rich colours, deep contrast, and amazing sharpness. It's only 7.84mm thin and 0.73lbs, making it small and light enough to take around everywhere.
