Freshly returned from an epic 4K technology media event with Sony Canada in California, I had the chance to get intimate with the new Sony X9 series (4K TV) line-up of the world's next generation in home television viewing.

Sony has released this morning a new video that showcases some of the new features that they have implemented in the DUALSHOCK 4 controller for the much anticipated PlayStation 4, set to release this upcoming holiday season.

With my love of gadgets, I consider everyday an exciting one in the Future Shop headquarters, but they get even more awesome when newly announced products are shown inside the building. Sonos recently announced they are launching their first-ever sound bar, the new Sonos Playbar, hitting the Future Shop stores and Futureshop.ca on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, and I was fortunate enough to get up close and personal with it today.

Sonos made huge headlines in the tech world recently by announcing it will be launching its first sound bar this year. Dubbed the Sonos Playbar Wireless HiFi Soundbar, the hi-def sound bar features nine-speakers (six mid-woofer, three tweeter) and is a perfect pairing for any HDTV.

Like many Canadians, I love to kick-back and relax through my big screen, be it catching up on shows I've taped on my PVR, or through my new-found love for streaming movies and TV shows: CinemaNow.

Canadian eReader company, Kobo is the latest manufacturer to add CinemaNow to their Arc line-up.
