On Monday, Future Shop announced major donations to help select schools across Canada boost the technology offered to current and future students through the donation of $300,000 to benefit six high schools across Canada.

Last week, Future Shop and our Future Generation program helped five Canadian schools publicly unveil their new Tech Lab classrooms for the very first time. Since 2008, the Future Generation Tech Lab program has been awarding high schools with $50,000 grants to renovate the update classrooms with the latest electronics.

I’m very pleased to share that this weekend Future Shop is celebrating 10 years of supporting Canada’s youths through the Future Leaders scholarship program. The program was created 10 years ago to award deserving youth of Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada with $4000 scholarships towards their post-secondary education. Read more...
