This week was Future Shop's national training event for about a couple hundred Product Experts in the appliances category. Product Experts were flown-in from coast-to-coast, with all 146 stores represented. They're spending time with each other, as well as with the manufacturers of the large and small appliances carried at Future Shop and online to learn more about the appliances industry in Canada and the latest product line-up bringing brought-in to Future Shop.

Aside from the Olympics anniversary hype in Vancouver this past weekend, another event drew out thousands to the Lower Mainland of BC: the 2011 Vancouver Boat Show. ConnectPro, Future Shop's leading services department, was there in full throttle showcasing what they can do and reminding show-goers of the suite of marine audio equipment sold in-store and online.
