I did a trade 2 for armored core and a preorder for prototype today instore, neither had the $15 credit on the receipt. The csrs didn't have any idea why this was. Is the promotion working properly?

TripleQ - you can go back to the store after 30 days and show the entertainment associate your receipt for the $15 gaming credit. We will communicate to our associate; there was an issue with the receipt message today.

Thanks.. I'm a bit skeptical that'll work since not all associates are diligent about reading the information.. if I go back tomorrow and redo the pre-order, will the coupon be fixed?

Same thing happened to me today. I pre-ordered both Kid Icarus and Prototype for the sole reason of getting $15 off a future purchase. Otherwise I would of waited to do trades for them later on. 

Please try and fix this as even with signs advertising the $15 off it will be difficult to get them to honor the promo (especially when the signs are taken down). I honestly feel that my only chance of cashing in on the deal is only if I use them before the signs are taken down.

Maybe you should look into extending this offer long-term so the promotion is actually consistent, and does not fluctuate from $10 to $15 then back to $10 every week.

For pre-orders, we will ensure all pre-order orders will have the coupon code on day 1; this will reflect on street date.
