When did trade promo for Darksiders 2 according to flyer should also have $20 off discount on receipt but did not print out, what happened? How is Future Shop going to honour flyer?
The $20 credit still valid, the issue is that the messaging didn't print off on your receipt. That said, you are still eligible to use the credit starting September 1st. See below for redemption steps.
1. Go to any Future Shop location, and bring in receipt that shows you purchased Sleeping Dogs between August 14 - 16, 2012
2. Speak to an entertainment associate at that store, and he/she should be be able to process the $20 credit for you.
If there is any confusion at the store, just have them refer to their weekly plays.
I didnt get the $20 either and when i went back in to ask them (right after i bought the game) they said i wasnt eligible for it because i traded in games for sleeping dogs (which didnt make a difference before)? So is that the case or should i be eligable for the $20 and how long do i have to come back and claim it if i am eligable?
I was refused both the steel book and the coupon when I did a T2. CSR said it was a "seperate deal". Your ad is very misleading. Is this correct or is the CSR just misinformed?
