Future Shop has no such program that I know of. Usually they only cover defects, not damage from outside influences. Although, if you bought it within 30 days, they may be able to do an over the counter exchange for the exact same game for the same system. Your other option is that I believe Bioware does have such a program for all of their games, but I think they charge a small fee to replace the disks.
I dug a little bit, and I was mistaken. It's the publisher that handles the replacement media. In this case, it's Electronic Arts. You can go here to get the details of the process, and how to contact them. The short version, it looks like, is that they have a 90 day warranty that guarantees it's free from manufacturing defects, otherwise you do have to send them a 'nominal fee' to get the replacement. You'll have to contact them to get the cost.
