So the guy who was responsible for lots of great deals and great customer service is leaving?
This is a dark day for FutureShop.
It's sad to see you go, lots of gamers/I will miss you. Your professionalism and courtesy to customers in this forum is unrivaled. It's great to see someone in a very high position in a company actually take the time out to converse and help their customers. Shows respect for their customers, something most higher ups lack.
The person replacing you should take a few pages from your playbook, of course they won't be you but at least they'll follow the great traditions you've created for the company and hopefully add theirs as well.
I hope you have a great career with your new employer.

I will do my best to continue to check on this forum and provide insight in any way possible but as a customer now

Sad to see you go, but that's the way business works - the ones who work hard, give great support and service, and provide excellent value to their employers usually move to a better job elsewhere, while the rest stay put.
Hopefully there is someone to pick up the slack, as FS is quickly turning into the place to go for new releases and trade-in deals.
