Hi, Godwin I went to two Futureshops today in BC. One in metrotown and the one on west broadway to only find out that both Futureshops did not honor the trade 2 games for 59.99 brand new game or the controller and ps3 game bundle. Clearly on the flyer it says trade 2 select games and get it free however, like most CSRs their interpretation of what the deal is, is usually what ends up happening. One futureshop told me that the only games that qualify for the trade 2 are Skyrim, Modern Warfare 3 and Uncharted 3 which made no sense to me because there was already a promo going on for those games. The other Futureshop said their is no trade 2 because its not on the website which made no sense since it clearly states on the flyer the deals this week. I seriously have been getting the runaround the whole day today and find it discouncering that I have to go through this much trouble to trade in Madden 2012 and NHL 2012 for a Christmas present. To make things worst the attitudes of both CSRs from both stores had such a demeaning tone when trying to explain how the deals are set forth when in fact I felt that logically it made no sense whatsoever for a trade 2 deal to only involve 2-3 games. Seriously worst experience trading games in yet and normally my trading experience is great.
I thought I would write this because I feel others might go through the same issues. The fact that there is no list for the trade 2 deals just leaves employees to interpret what the deal is and in my opinion leave a lot of customers confused and unsatisfied.
