can i trade in my old games for an ipod like in the flyer and what type of games are you looking for

If you read the fine print on the flyer, it should be trade 6 games listed on http://www.futureshop.ca/usedgames, and get an ipod touch free. 

Valid only on xbox 360, ps3 and wii games, and it must be on that list to qualify.

If you buy used games from  future shop, would those be eligible for a trade towards and ipod touch?

As long as the game is on the list of eligible titles for the trade in games offer; it does not matter if it is new or used.
