Re: how long does a video game take to be ready for pickup i...

Now that the in-store pickup option has been restored (as of this morning), it shouldn't take more then three hours during store hours.

You place the order, that request gets filtered through the system to the store you want to pick up from. From there, the store staff go to the shelf and grab the game, or see that it's not there. Either way, after that you will receive an email that either states that your game is ready for pick-up or that it is out of stock and you'll have to wait until it is back in stock.

Remember that when you place an order online for in-store pickup, it is not a guarantee that you will get it until you receive the SECOND email stating that it is in stock. Remember that the online stock check feature is not updated in real time, so when it says "in stock" at your local store on the website, it, in fact be out of stock at the store, depending on when the last update was made.

Good luck with your order!

JB
