K so today Janurary 26, i preordered ff13-2 in store today and i forgot to ask if i would get the steelbook case. im new to preordering so i was wondering if i'll get it or not.

You should, but to make sure you should go in on Tuesday as early as possible. I've found in-store handling of pre-order bonuses inconsistent at best.

Go into the store as soon as you can on release day to ensure you get a SteelBook.
Sometimes they put aside copies for pre-orders, but not all stores do that. Usually it is first-come, first-served.
