godwin, can you pass a complaint that I know for a fact that several (likely hundreds or thousands of) customers are unsatisfied with the way future shop ships things?
I ordered 4 copies of the Zelda LE and they were shipped individually in thin bubble mailers. needless to say they ALL got absolutely crushed/ruined in transit... now I'm stuck with no place to exchange them (because it's out of stock everywhere) and no one to give them to (the other 3 were going to be gifts, but I can't give any as a gift in the poor condition that they're in.
and I don't even have a nice one to be able to add to my shelf/collection.
It is beyond me why anyone would ever think it would be a good idea to ship a fragile limited edition game in a flimsy envelope! of course it's going to get damaged! it's true shame.
I have never been more disappointed with a retailer in my life.
