I am SO disappointed with Best Buy!!
I went to check the status of my order because I hadn't received a shipping email, and it turns out Best Buy CANCELLED my Special Edition of Breath of the wild. What in the hell guys?!?!?!?!
I called and they said it was a security glitch that caused it to be cancelled. I wasn't notified AT ALL. I thought I had my preorder locked in and good to go. Now it's sold out everywhere! This is aboslutely ridiculous! What kind of business is this??????

Just as an update for any potential future customer hoping to put faith in best buys preordering system:
The CSR that reached out to me did absolutely nothing to try to help me or make things right. He simply stated that the system rejected the order for some bogus reason (even though it was in preorder phase for over a month) and that's pretty much it. Communications have ceased and a survey was sent..Thanks for nothing I guess?

I also got my order cancelled and want an immediate a resolution to the issue as I have been already been talking to numerous reps and still have not received the email conversation of how you are going to fix it.
