I have just ordered a Samsung S2 classic watch, but I have not received any confirmation email. I also can't see my purchaise on my bank account. Am I supposed to order again? or I have already been charged?

I ordered a couple of hours ago, no I see no order for the last 3 months, do I have to order again? and in case that they receive 2 orders, is it possible to return open box smartwatches?

I would order again. If you don't get a confirmation and can't see it in you order history, then it didn't happen.
This has happened to me before on BestBuy.ca. As it turned out, the system has a problem with your order if you didn't enter your Reward Zone ID correctly. Did you enter a Rewards Zone ID?
