HI,

 I just upgraded my laptop to Window 8 . I received the Error 0x80073cf9 when I try to install new apps or update apps . What do I have to do to fix that error .

This appears to be a common error. Its possible that the folder 'AUInstallAgent' is missing from the Windows folder.  If you manual create the folder it appears to fix the issue

I believe you just go to c:/windows. And create a new folder with the above name. (usually right click - create new folder)

 Just for the update : I re-installed Window 8 and the problem is gone .  Thanks  Drax86 for the reply.
