If I purchase one Windows Pro 8 for 69.99 can I install it in all 3 computers that I have without needing to purchase another Pro 8 for each one?

No. Each Windows 8 package comes with a license for use on a single computer only.
In your case, you would need to buy 3 licenses for your 3 computers.
