Note though, that if you choose to go with the iMac or an All-in-one PC, you will be paying for that convenience.  Typically the iMac and the All-in-one PC cost more than a standard desktop PC of similar specifications.

So yes, there are desktops available in the method you want, but you will have to be willing to pay a higher price for it
