The answer to your question is yes you can! You are welcome to pre-order an upcoming title from the website, or by going into the store ad pre-ordering there. Keep in mind that if you pre-order online, the only option you will have is for shipping, in which case, the game will ship the day it is released and you'll get it a couple of days later. If you want to pre-order the game and have it the day it comes out, your best bet is to go into your closest Future Shop and pre-order it there.

You bet. Visit www.futureshop.ca/games. Right below the main banner that showcases the new releases, you'll see a Wii, PS3, Xbox 360 icon and a header that reads "Pre-order upcoming releases". Use the arrows to navigate to the platform you want.

You can, but don't trust it. I pre ordered many months in advance and on release date they told me they were out od stuck, even if they still advertised they have copies available the day before ... how is that for quality service...

How many different threads will you complain about this in? No one here can help you other than directing you to Customer Service. Have you tried that route yet?
Personally, I've never pre-ordered anything online. I prefer to go to a store and pick it up, rather than have it shipped. Have you been charged for the item already?

Hi KyleR. Sorry to hear that you've had some bad luck with the preorder system. Just out of curiosity - how do you think we could make it better? If you'd like to give me some feedback (this goes to everyone out on the board, not just KyleR) I can bump this information over to our web team. We definitely want to make it better for our customers, and I always like to look at any kind of feedback as good news, as it shows that there's appetite to take advantage of the services we're offering.
