I noticed you offer free in home consultation. What exactly does this entail? I am looking for some proffesional advice on connecting speakers, recievers etc. What if they get to my home and decide that nothing can be improved ? Will they still do free consultation if my devices are already hooked up ? I don't want to waste anyone's time, but it sure would be nice to get free advice.
