Yes, you certainly can get the ConnectPro team to setup any of your devices, no matter where you purchased them.

In response to the first reply.  I don't think they simply want it 'hooked up'.  A full setup includes configuring remotes, external devices, educating the customer, and in many cases mounting the TV to a stand or wall-mounted bracket.

A lot of the time when people buy a TV, they also get a universal remote so that they can control the number of devices that they will be hooking up to the TV with a single remote control.  ConnectPro offers to set-up universal remotes as part of the package.

At the end of the day, if you are confident you can set-up your own home entertainment centre to function at its peak performance, more power to you.  However, I think it's really rude to think that it's a waste of money for those that aren't as knowledgable as you.

For some, the cost is worth it, and the service is appreciated.  Those are the people who spend the money for it.
