Ipod Replacement Headphones

I have 120 gb Ipod Classic I bought around January of 09. I bought the future shop extended warranty. My headphones had recently stopped working so I got my dad to go get them replaced. He had no problem with getting them. He brought them home to me and they looked like the exact same pair. I opened them to find that they are a cheap rip off compared to the ones that came with my Ipod. These ones are all plastic. The ones I had were soft to the touch where ever they were gray. Im sure most of you know the feel im talking about. Are the cheap all plastic ones the right ones that they replace the good ones with?

Any help with be great

Re: Ipod Replacement Headphones

Hi there, do you have the exchange receipt?  Usually an exchange receipt is issued for this sort of thing.  Regardless, in this case, I'd go back to the store with the ear buds and request further assistance.  If you have an exchange receipt, take that in with you as proof of the exchange.

Unfortunately there isn't too much more we can say or suggest here.  But hopefully the store can get this sorted out for you! :smileyhappy:
