Recording PS3 gameplay

I have recently become more interested in recording my PS3 gameplay. I've been looking around and i would like to record in HD. I was also wondering if i could use my Scientific Atlantic Explorer 8300 HD PVR to record it. Price isnt that big of an issue, as long as its under $250. Thanks in advance :smileyhappy:

Re: Recording PS3 gameplay

You can record in standard definition with a dvd recorder, that will cost you about $150.

I don't think you can record in HD and even if you could the devise would be more then $250.

Hope this helped.

Re: Recording PS3 gameplay

You could buy a capture card for your PC such as Dazzle DvD recorder or you could find a HD one and simply use your computer monitor and HDD to record and play.

Recording software and devices go for about $30-$50. Much cheaper and perhaps your computer already has one.
