I would definitely recommend having a technician do the upgrade for you. As you can tell from other threads in this forum users have been running into a myriad of problems when upgrading. Having an A+ Certified Technician come over to install, troubleshoot, and answer any questions just takes a load off of your mind.

$399 for 3 Windows 7 Upgrades, a technician to your home, and the labour sounds pretty good.
